You will receive the confirmation either via email only or through hard copy at the venue.. Please include your email address clearly in the registration form. Please bring the acknowledgement receipt of the payment to the registration desk as proof of your payment.
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us no later than two days before the event. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be emailed to the new person.
ITAG Business Solutions reserves the right to cancel the conference, or merge sessions during the conference. In the event of cancellation of the GIPC, a full refund of registration fee paid will be made. However, any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, will not be paid by ITAG and are your responsibility.
Although we make every effort to nail down our speaker list and the event schedule, circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. Thus, all speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice. However, the latest program agenda will be available at the venue each day.
The information we collect about you will never be shared outside of ITAG. Additionally, your details will be passed to a limited number of GIPC sponsors. We may photograph or videotape participants for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.
