Dr. Oliver Ladendorf studied biology at the LMU in Munich and the Universidad de Concepción, Chile. He subsequently worked at the University of Marburg and the Max-Planck-Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology. In 2008 Dr. Ladendorf qualified as European Patent Attorney. In 2014 Dr. Ladendorf joined Kraus and Weisert, an IP-boutique in Munich. He became a partner of the firm in 2015. His main practice areas focus on IP law, patent prosecution and litigation, particularly relating to molecular biology, biochemistry, antibody inventions, and bioinformatics. Dr. Ladendorf is a member of epi, VPP, GRUR and a global fellow of the FCBA.
